Boat and RV Storage - Unsecured Open Lot.

Service Description

We offer storage in our unsecured open lot for boats, RV's and PWC for $1.50 a running foot per month with a six month minimum.

Storage Contracts are for a minimum of 6 months - month to month extensions will be offered at the regular rate for prolonged winter activity that prohibits units from being removed from our lot. All units must be removed from Revolutions Power Sports lot by May 1st; any units left after that time without prior permission will be charged a $1 running foot penalty per day for every day unit is left on premises.

Once the unit has been stored, there is NO ACCESS to the unit. A $50/hour fee (minimum of $50) will apply if a unit must be removed prior to its scheduled release date. There are some circumstances where units will not be able to be released early.

INSURANCE:

Revolutions Power Sports DOES NOT have property damage or theft insurance covering the stored unit. It is the responsibility of the owner to protect his property with sufficient property damage and theft insurance to cover any loss for any reason while the stored unit is on the premises. It is also encouraged that all loose items be removed from stored unit as we also have no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items left in unit once stored.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Remove all propane tanks and/or gas cans
• Know your make/model and license number of stored unit
• Winterize before bringing unit in for storage or make appointment with our service department to have winterization performed by us. Ask about our winterization and storage bundle!
• Dryer Sheets - it has been found that if you add dryer sheets to your stored unit, rodents and insects are limited
